Refund policy

At Facerra, operated by Om Ananta Shreem Pvt Ltd, we provide digital face workout courses that can be purchased via our website or app. Since these are intangible digital products, please read our Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase. 

1. Digital Products – No Returns or Cancellations

  • All products sold on Facerra are digital courses delivered electronically.
  • Once an order is placed and a license key is generated, all sales are final.
  • No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Refunds

  • Since our products are digital and instantly accessible after purchase, we do not offer refunds.
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or transaction failure (if verified with our payment gateway).
  • In exceptional cases, after an internal review and management approval, a refund may be processed as store credit only. No cash/bank refunds will be provided.

3. Access & License Keys

    Access is now provided directly through the registered email ID used at the time of purchase.

    Once an order is successfully placed, customers will receive an email with step-by-step instructions to download the Faccera App, available on both iOS and Android platforms.

    To access the purchased course:

    • Users must log in to the app using the same email ID used during purchase.
    • Each email ID can be used to access the course on a maximum of two (2) devices only.
    • Once the device limit is reached, no additional devices will be able to log in using the same email ID.

    In case of device loss, damage, or replacement:

    • Access can be reset and reissued upon request.
    • A reactivation fee of 75% of the original course/product price will be applicable.
    • This fee is strictly non-negotiable and non-refundable.

    By purchasing the course, the user agrees to comply with the above access and usage terms.

    4. Delivery & Shipping

    • As this is a digital service, there is no physical shipping.
    • Upon successful payment, the course license key will be delivered to you via:
    • Email (registered email ID), and/or
    • Account login within the app or website.

    5. Customer Responsibility

    • To achieve results, you must follow the workout schedule and instructions mentioned in the course description.
    • Results may vary from person to person depending on individual consistency, lifestyle, and health conditions.
    • We do not guarantee specific results and shall not be held liable for outcomes.
