At Facerra, operated by Om Ananta Shreem Pvt Ltd, we sell only digital face workout courses. As these are intangible digital products, there is no physical shipping involved.

1. Digital Delivery

  • Upon successful purchase, a unique license key will be generated.
  • A link to access your course along with the license key will be sent to your  registered email address immediately after order confirmation.
  • Courses will not activate on login ID they can only be accessed through the license key provided.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • The license key and course access details are delivered instantly via email once payment is successfully processed.
  • In rare cases (e.g., technical errors, email delays, payment gateway issues), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

3. Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • If you do not receive your course access email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder.
  • If the email is still not found, contact us at team@faccera.in or call +91 7600099021 for support.
  • Duplicate purchases or failed transactions will be reviewed and resolved through our Refund Policy.

4. No Physical Shipping

  • Since our products are fully digital, we do not provide physical shipping, courier services, or delivery tracking numbers.
