Welcome to Facerra, operated by Om Ananta Shreem Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, app, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website, app, or services.

1. General Conditions

  • By using our website or app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we may publish.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Services Offered

  • Facerra provides face workout courses which can be purchased via our website or our mobile app.
  • Upon purchase, a unique license key is generated which must be used in our custom-built mobile app to access the course content.
  • The website and app are hosted on Shopify.

3. User Account & License Key

  • To access purchased courses, you must create an account and use the license key provided.
  • Each purchase entitles you to two (2) license keys only.
  • If you require any additional key, you will be charged 75% of the original product price per additional key. This charge is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
  • A license key is linked to your device. If you change your device or a device is no longer in use, the previous key will be deactivated and cannot be reused.
  • License keys are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred. Unauthorized use may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices for courses are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by payment processors.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once a course is purchased and the license key is generated, no cancellation or refund will be provided, except as required under applicable law.
  • If you face technical issues accessing the app or course, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Health Disclaimer

  • Our face workout courses are designed for general wellness and beauty enhancement.
  • They are not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice.
  • If you have medical conditions, skin disorders, or other health concerns, consult a healthcare professional before using our services.
  • By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, guides, images, logos, trademarks, and app content are the intellectual property of Om Ananta Shreem Pvt Ltd.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased content for personal use only.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content is strictly prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse, hack, or interfere with the website/app.
  • Share, resell, or transfer your license key or course access.
  • Use our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

  • We may use third-party services such as Shopify (hosting), payment gateways, and Bot Space (for WhatsApp communication).
  • These third parties may collect and process data as per their own policies. We are not liable for their actions.

10. WhatsApp & Marketing Communications

  • By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional and promotional updates from us via WhatsApp (using Bot Space), SMS, or email.
  • You may opt out at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting us.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, app, or services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the course in question.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Om Ananta Shreem Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Legal Grievances/ Matters: The Client/Customer/Agency shall hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the courts situated at Surat, Gujarat, India for the purpose of actions and proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions and the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India shall have the sole jurisdiction to hear and decide such actions and proceedings..

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the “Last updated” date revised. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
